Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <strong>Butterfly School<\/strong> et son programme d\u2019introduction \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, cette initiative \u00e9quipe les employ\u00e9s des mentalit\u00e9s et des outils pour contribuer \u00e0 ce changement. <\/p><p>La formation suit <strong>un parcours d&rsquo;apprentissage holistique de 10 semaines,<\/strong> combinant apprentissage exp\u00e9rientiel, pens\u00e9e critique, interviews d&rsquo;experts, \u00e9tudes de cas r\u00e9elles et sessions interactives. Les participants sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 poser des questions, cultiver la patience et se connecter \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres pionniers. Le programme a deux objectifs principaux : aider \u00e0 transformer les mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques en promouvant des pratiques plus durables et responsables, et faire \u00e9voluer la culture d&rsquo;entreprise vers la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.  <\/p><p>Chez Amarenco, nous adh\u00e9rons pleinement \u00e0 cette vision r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative et nous nous engageons \u00e0 offrir cette opportunit\u00e9 de formation \u00e0 tous nos employ\u00e9s.
